PLACEMENT FEE
Placement fees are be paid annually or monthly. All placement fees are due upon booking the trial period and are nonrefundable. The application fee applies to all inquiries and is non-refundable. For more information on placement fees, please contact us at info@presidentialnannyco.com.
WHAT IS THE GOING RATE FOR A FULL-TIME NANNY?
Full-time nannies are essential to our families. As parents, you'll be responsible for weekly or biweekly payments to your hired nanny. The rate for full-time nannies typically ranges from $20+ per hour, depending on their experience.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MATCH A FAMILY WITH A NANNY?
While great things take time, we strive to work efficiently to find your family the perfect match. Our process involves rigorous interviews and candidate screening. Once we identify potential candidates, we'll arrange in-person or virtual interviews with you. Following the interviews, we'll set up a trial period where you can assess the candidate's suitability. We take pride in ensuring both parties are satisfied and comfortable in their roles. Rest assured, we will present up to 50 candidates until you find the right fit, although we are confident that our initial selection will meet your expectations.
POLICIES
Part-time and full-time hires are committed to a minimum 1-year contract.
All hired nannies are considered employees of the family. Presidential Nanny Co does not employ or provide compensation for the nannies.
Babysitting services require a minimum booking of 5 hours.
Trial periods are limited to a maximum of 5 days and require a nonrefundable placement fee deposit. However, this deposit will be applied to the final placement balance.
